Is there a replacement for a headache that does not worsen psoriasis?

Good morning. For my mom, this drug works great when it comes to headache but side effects in the form of a very aggravated course of psoriasis makes it impossible to take it. Is there a substitute that would have a similar effect but not worsen the psoriatic condition?

You have not written what exactly the drug is about. If you mean the Divascan preparation tagged next to the question, please read on. I cannot find any information that Divascan will cause the skin to deteriorate, including exacerbating the course of psoriasis. Rarely (may affect up to 1 in 1000 patients) allergic skin reactions have been observed. Although some very rare side effects may not be listed in the leaflet or characteristics, it seems that it is worth consulting the course of psoriatic lesions with a specialist to assess whether there is actually a legitimate relationship with taking the drug. A substitute for a drug - in the pharmaceutical sense of the word - is the same drug, but under a different name, from a different manufacturer. It is also called an equivalent and, as a rule, does not cause a change in the therapy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-sa-zamienniki-lekow you probably mean a completely different drug that can be used to treat migraine. There is a choice of drugs for migraine, but the choice of another compound in your mother must be made by a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/migrena-niezwykly-bol-glowy
