Are there any over-the-counter pills I can take to induce my period? I'm very stressed and maybe it's so delayed I'm a few days late, ultrasensitive 10 pregnancy tests are negative at the date of the expected menstruation

There are no over-the-counter medications that can speed up or trigger your period. Menstruation can be provoked hormonally, if there are any medical indications for it. Delaying bleeding by more than 10-14 days should prompt you to contact a gynecologist regardless of the result of the pregnancy test. To @Sylwia: There are many potential causes of menstrual disorders - in order to determine what is causing in a particular case, you should go to a gynecologist who will conduct a detailed interview and necessary tests.
