Can I use Oftensin or Optibetol instead of Betoptic S?

What should I use if there is no Betoptic S 2.5mg, or oftensin or optibetol. Best regards

Betoptic S is a preparation containing betaxolol hydrochloride in a dose of 2.5mg. Drops containing the same active substance is Optibetol, these drops are available only in a dose of 5mg. Oftensin is a medicine whose active substance is timolol hydrochloride. Optibetol and Oftensin are not equivalents of Betoptic S 2.5mg because they contain a different dose of betaxolol and a different active substance. Changing and choosing the most suitable preparation for you must take place after consulting a doctor.
