Does a broken casserole affect the effectiveness of contraception?

Good morning I would like to ask if I forgot to put the casserole in the fridge and it was lying on the table in the kitchen overnight and if I ate it in the morning for a drink immediately after taking the vines contraceptive pill, can it reduce the effectiveness?
