Most likely, there is no relationship. The active substance in Remifemin is an extract from the rhizome of the staphylococcus. The preparation is generally well tolerated, rarely there may be side effects of gastrointestinal disorders (indigestion, diarrhea) or allergies. There have been reports of adverse effects of Remifemin on the liver. Frequent bleeding or bruising may be associated with poor liver function, but again - this is rare, and a patient with a sick liver generally suffers from a number of other ailments (e.g. nausea, pain, jaundice, altered stool color, itching, fatigue). To sum up - although extremely rare side effects may not be described in the drug documentation, it seems unlikely that your problems are due to the use of bedbugs. In the first place, other causes of "terrible bleeding" should be excluded through contact with a proctologist.
