I took birth control pills for 21 days and should have taken a 7 day break, but by accident I took the pill on the 22nd day - how should I use the new pack now?

I took anti 21 days pills and I should take a 7 day break, but by accident I took a tablet on the 22nd day when there should be a break. Will something interfere with the operation of the tablets and how should I use the new packaging now?

If I took active birth control pills for 22 days and then took a 6-day break, is the contraceptive effectiveness maintained? Atywia Daily

What pills do you take? Since you have not already taken 2 tablets, you should take a 7-day break and start a new package after the break. If in doubt, it is worth talking to a gynecologist.

Unfortunately, but I can not take another package without a break, because I already had a 2 day break. How to take another package now?

You can continue to take the tablets from the new pack without taking a 7-day break. In this way, you will miss one withdrawal bleeding, and the next break will take place after the packaging is finished. This is the most commonly used procedure when taking combined contraceptive pills (with fixed doses of hormones) in women who, for various reasons, want to postpone the date of their period.
