How do I forget to take a dose of Xifaxan?

Good morning, I have taken the antibiotic Xifaxan 200 mg 3 x 2 tablets to treat SIBO for 14 days, but today instead of taking the 3rd dose at midnight, I took it only at 4 am, that is, I have the next dose in 4 hours instead of 8 hours. Will this be a problem? I was not sure whether to skip this dose completely, because unfortunately the information in the leaflet is not very precise ...

If you forget to take Xifaxan, it is recommended that you take a dose as soon as possible. In the event that the time of taking the next dose is approaching (i.e. there would be about 1 h left until the preparation is used), the missed dose should not be replenished.
