There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. It is worth being aware of what the effects of simultaneous use of these drugs may be, so that if they are observed, the patient can relate the symptoms with the fact of combining specific substances. Concomitant use of salicylates (here: Acard) and NSAIDs (tu: Diclober Retard) may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. There is also evidence that NSAIDs can have an opposite effect on the antiplatelet effect of acetylsalicylic acid and weaken its cardioprotective effect. If the simultaneous use of low doses of acetylsalicylic acid and NSAIDs cannot be avoided, the use of a proton pump inhibitor (e.g. Controloc Control) should be considered. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/19739/controloc-control-tabletki/apteki?pvid=148033#internetowe The simultaneous use of diuretics (here: Lorista HD) and NSAIDs (here: Dicloberl Retard) may cause a weakening of the antihypertensive and diuretic effect. This effect can be triggered by disorders in the synthesis of prostaglandins, which lead to sodium and water retention in the body. In addition, NSAIDs have nephrotoxic effects, which can be intensified by treatment with diuretics. The clinical effects of combination therapy should be monitored and the dose of diuretics should be increased if necessary. During the parallel use of thiazide diuretics (here: Lorista HD) and allopurinol (here: Milurit), cases of acute hypersensitivity reactions to allopurinol (e.g. fever, eosinophilia, skin reactions) have been reported. It was found that patients with impaired renal function are particularly predisposed to such reactions. Patients should be monitored for signs of hypersensitivity to allopurinol, in particular in patients with renal impairment. These are some examples of possible complications of long-term treatment with these drugs, requiring appropriate precautions to be taken in the course of treatment. This does not mean, however, that all these or even selected complications will occur in the Lord. Please note that the more medications a patient takes, the greater the risk of adverse interactions between them. Already taking two drugs at the same time creates a risk of undesirable interactions at the level of 13-14 percent. If a patient takes 8 to 10 medications at the same time, it is almost certain that there will be interactions between them and there will be interactions that negatively affect the patient's health. This problem applies especially to the elderly, treated for several diseases at the same time.
