Can globules made with metronidazole and ampicillin harm me?

Hello. I was prescribed vaginal globules ampicillin 0.5, metronizadol 0.3, nystatin 1000000 j, laptop 0.1, but.cacao . 2×dauvenously. Isn't that too often? And is it safe to combine ampicillin with metronizadol? He's very stressed about it. Thank you in advance for your reply

Both the use of 2 times a day and the combination of Ampicillin with Metronidazole in globules is safe. Please use medication as directed by your doctor. Globules are a local action - not a general one, of course, small amounts can act systemically, but the main action is local.
