@Mark I guess it's poltram Combo Forte. Both Kostarox and Poltram Combo Forte are medicines that are only prescribed and should be used as directed at the appointment where the medicines were prescribed. Kostarox can be used 2 times a day - in the morning and in the evening, and Poltram temporarily, in case of severe pain, e.g. in the afternoon. If these are the guidelines received by the doctor, they should be followed. More information about medicines and the possibility of booking them in pharmacies can be found at the links: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/93791/kostarox-tabletki-powlekane/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92688/poltram-combo-forte-tabletki-powlekane/apteki I recommend the video:

Dicloduo Combi and Kostarox are prescription-only medicines, so your doctor should decide on their use. As a rule, this type of drugs is not combined, because they belong to one group of Non-steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs). Concomitant oral use of these drugs may result in an increase in their side effects. Most often these are irritations and even bleeding of the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract, especially if the patient suffers from peptic ulcer disease of the stomach or duodenum. The risk of other side effects also increases: changes in the skin, impaired liver and kidney function, decreased heart function, decreased blood clotting. In the event that the drugs were prescribed by the same doctor, follow the dosage regimen. If the medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is indicated to determine whether these medicines can be used concomitantly and, if so, whether it is not necessary to change the dosage recommendations. If you experience nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea with blood, tarry stools, or other disturbing symptoms - please contact your doctor. If you are unable to get to your doctor, the gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-stosowac
