If I had diarrhoea while taking Aidee, is there a risk of becoming pregnant?

Hello, I have been taking aidee contraceptive pills for almost a year. For the past week I have had slight intestinal problems, abdominal pain and sometimes there was a loose stool. He takes the tablet every day at 8 am, the stool appeared one day about 3 hours later, the second less than an hour after taking the tablet, the third around 6 pm. During the ailment, I took drugs such as laremide, nifuroxazide, ranigast. At that time, I happened to have sexual intercourse. Is it possible to get pregnant in these circumstances?

The drugs you mentioned did not affect the effectiveness of contraceptive pills. Severe diarrhoea and vomiting up to three hours after taking the tablet could cause incomplete absorption of the drug and the risk of becoming pregnant, so you need to assess whether it was just a looser than usual stool or severe diarrhea. More information about the drug Aidee can be found in the link below: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/2868/aidee-tabletki-powlekane I also recommend entries: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/antykoncepcja-hormonalna https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
