Should Pylere be used before and Prokit after a meal?

I have recommended a 4x3 tab pylera. For 10 days .. and omeprazole. 2 x .i prokit 50 -3x1 ... I have to take a prokit before eating .. and after eating pylere ?

Pylera and Prokit are medicines prescribed by your doctor, please follow the dosage instructions given by him. If there are none, we are guided by the dosage available in the Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC), according to the SmPC, Pylere should be taken after a meal, and Prokit before.
