Good morning. I take Abilify and Ketilept (25 mg) sleeping pills overnight. In the morning I take Zoloft (I start the 3rd day). I want to ask if these drugs can interact?

According to available sources, the combined use of Abilify, Ketilept and Zoloft may lead to a risk of cross-drug interactions. The combined intake of Abilify and Zoloft preparations may lead to the occurrence of the so-called serotonin syndrome manifested m.in convulsions, increase in blood pressure and fever. As this is only the beginning of Zoloft therapy and these preparations are separated over time, these symptoms may not occur, but special care must be taken when using this combination together. If any disturbing symptoms are noticed, you should immediately go to the general practitioner or the attending physician to modify the therapy.
