Can I take an Atenolol tablet if my doctor has changed the drug to Nedal, which I think doesn't work?

Is it possible on the same day to take another beta blocker doctor prescribed me nedal but has lactosis after taking it does not work at all if I can take attenolo I have a few tablets

Doses of beta-blockers should not be doubled due to the increased risk of side effects. Nedal and Atenolol contain a different active substance despite a similar profile of action. It is possible that the development time of the full action of Nedal will be a few days, so initially you will not feel the same effects of treatment as after Atenolol. If the situation does not improve within a few, maximum several days, I encourage you to consult a doctor again.
