Such a combination can be used only with the indication of a doctor. Combining Orizon (active ingredient: risperidone) and Ranofren (active ingredient: olanzapine) increases the risk of side effects such as drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, hot flashes, decreased sweating, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramps, constipation, irregular heartbeat and memory problems.
