To @Maksymilian: As I wrote below, it may be helpful to introduce a crushed or mushy diet. You should also avoid rushing during food and food that aggravate ailments. The mentioned syrup or tea will not facilitate swallowing - they moisturize and coat the throat mucosa, soothing irritations.

Thank you for the information. Of course, I am already enrolled in a gastroenterologist, but I have to wait for an appointment for nearly 2 months. Until then, I have to function somehow, and it's not easy at all. Rubital syrup contains marshmallow in its composition. Will it therefore help with esophageal achalasia? Will Gastrobonisan tea relieve esophageal ailments? Or maybe you will simply suggest to me how to deal with food in the esophagus at home? Due to the fact that I can not eat normally, I lose weight and I am weaker ...

For @Maksymilian: Usually, other drugs are not used to treat esophageal achlasia. I encourage you to go to a specialist - a gastroenterologist, in order to choose the right method of treatment.

I understand. And will Rubital syrup or Gastrobonisan tea be helpful? In addition to the drugs you mentioned, are there any other drugs that would be safe? If so, which ones? It bothers me a lot, especially when I eat bread, meat, rolls, etc. Would any diastolic drugs be helpful? If so, which ones? I want it to be something that will help me.

For @Maksymilian: In the case of esophageal achlasia, it is recommended to limit the consumption of foods that intensify or hinder swallowing and avoid rushing while eating. In addition, a shredded or mushy diet may be indicated. Usually, in esophageal achlasia, surgical treatment is necessary: endoscopic or surgical, or the use of Botox, muscle relaxant esophageal. Drugs are considered only if the patient is excluded surgical or surgical treatment, and Botox did not help. Esophageal muscle relaxants such as nitroglycerin (e.g. Nitromint) or nifedipine are used for treatment. However, these drugs have a limited effect and can lead to serious side effects, so they are used only as a last resort.

I have been diagnosed with esophageal achlasia. Are there any medicines available for this disease in Poland? If so, which ones? How to deal with dysphagia occurring in this disease? Would any herbs be helpful? If so, which ones? Would it help, for example, syrup based on marshmallow under the name Rubital? Would Gastrobonisan tea be helpful?

Reflux can cause persistent coughing. The cough caused by reflux in most cases intensifies overnight. Dexilant reduces the secretion of stomach acid, which reduces the symptoms of reflux: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/23170/dexilant-kapsulki-o-zmodyfikowanym-uwalnianiu/apteki Dexilant can be used together with Prokit as determined by your doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/64348/prokit-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
