When using combined contraceptive pills, you can safely use most of the available analgesic preparations in the maximum doses described in the attached leaflets. However, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum dose for paracetamol of 3 g (i.e. 6 tablets at a dose of 500 mg). Caution is advised when using drugs with etoricoxib, which at a dose of over 60 mg increases the concentration of ethinyl estradiol in the blood, which may lead to side effects such as vomiting that reduces the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill. Do not exceed the recommended dose of individual analgesics described in the package leaflet.
