Does the use of Solderol exclude taking Magnefar B6 Forte?

in the leaflet attached to Sorderol - tab "Solderol coated tablets and other medicines" there is information "products containing magnesium should not be used during treatment with vitamin D due to the risk of high magnesium concentration in the blood". Does the use of Solderol exclude taking "Magnefar B6 Forte"?

The use of Solderol does not exclude taking Magnefar B6 Forte. Due to the possible increase in the concentration of magnesium in the blood, it is recommended to perform laboratory tests to determine the concentration of magnesium and vitamin D3 in the blood.
