1. How many times a day and for how long should I take these liquid preparations that you mentioned? Since you have excluded fish permanently, this type of preparation can be used for a long time. Each of them according to the manufacturer's recommendations, unless the doctor recommends otherwise. 2. Do omega-3 and other acids, which I am asking about, also appear as a statute of the drug? If so, under what name? If they are on prescription please also information what they are called? No, all the preparations you are asking about have the status of dietary supplements and are available without a prescription. The only preparation with Omega-3 acids by prescription is Omacor, but it contains omega-3s of fish origin. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/56856/omacor-kapsulki/apteki

Reintroduction of fish into the diet again gave a relapse of the disease. According to the doctor's recommendation, I have to completely exclude fish from the menu permanently and introduce supplementation. How many times a day and for how long should I take these liquid preparations that you mentioned? Do omega-3 and the others I'm asking about also appear as a statute of the drug? If so, under what name? If they are on prescription please also information what they are called?

The duration of dietary therapy is usually 4-6 weeks. Then, after obtaining remission, the reintroduction of nutritional products begins, i.e. you do not have to permanently exclude fish from the menu. Of course, there are substitutes for these products in liquid form: Oleofarm evening primrose oil: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95400/oleje-swiata-olej-z-wiesiolka-tloczony-na-zimno-plyn/apteki?pvid=238475#internetowe Rokivital Sea buckthorn - Sea buckthorn oil https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/67810/rokivital-rokitnik-plyn/apteki You can always chew the capsule. In the case of these preparations, this will not significantly affect absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.

Thank you. I'm a little lost in it. As for SIBO, I understand, that's what I meant. As for questions 2 and 3 - So what should I buy if I have EoE and I have to completely exclude fish from my diet permanently? What would you recommend? Ideally, it should be a supplement in the form of liquid, syrup, suspension, etc. because I have dysphagia.
