Only surgery, no balloon and no toxins because it's only for a moment and will not solve the problem.

Treatment of esophageal achalasia in a pharmacological form is only auxiliary - e.g. diastolic and sedative drugs are used. If one of the symptoms is heartburn, you can include preparations for this ailment, e.g. shielding and antacid (Manti, Gaviscon, Maalox), but they will not solve the cause.
