What should be the daily dose of hypericin?

I used for mild depression tincture of St. John's wort, which was not standardized for the content of the biologically active ingredient (HYPERICIN), for 3 weeks. I did not notice any improvement and I am thinking about switching to capsules from St. John's wort. These are already standardized for the presence of this substance. My question is what should be the daily dose of hypericin, I found on the Internet contradictory information giving doses from 400 mg to even 900 mg per day. I kindly ask you to reply.
