Is nosebleeds a side effect of using Orizon?

Good morning son is taking the drug orizon for a year for some time there is bleeding from the nose Is this a side effect of the drug son after it functions better but nevertheless I am worried about these bleedings

According to the available information, nosebleeds are common side effects seen with Orizon. Information about the side effect should be reported to the attending physician at the next visit - perhaps he will consider modifying the therapy.
