It is not recommended to use Eliquis and Ibuprofen together. Concomitant use of these medicines may increase the anticoagulant effect of apixaban (the active substance in Eliquis), increasing the risk of bleeding and even haemorrhages. Short-term use of ibuprofen should not give such a reaction, but nevertheless it is worth being aware of it. Please let me know if you used one tablet of Apap 500mg or two? You can give 1000mg at a time (i.e. 2 tablets) then we have the maximum antipyretic and analgesic effect. If the fever does not fall, a better solution will be to give Pyralgina. One tablet every 6-8 hours. I encourage you to our study: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/goraczka https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-przeciwzakrzepowe
