Over-the-counter analgesics and anti-inflammatories, used temporarily, are not contraindicated when using implant with disulfiram. The first-line drug in the treatment of pain is paracetamol (eg Apap), but often as a result of alcohol abuse, liver damage occurs - then preparations with ibuprofen (eg Ibuprom, Nurofen) will be safer, but before using them, you should consult the attending physician, because when using Setaloft, care should be taken when taking NSAIDs and metamazole (Pyralgina).
