You can include Imupret and Nasivin Kids in your nose. Broncho-Vaxom is an oral vaccine. Like any vaccine, it can cause flu-like symptoms (including a runny nose). If you started treatment with Broncho-Vaxom in a healthy child, and in the meantime he has a cold, then the therapy should be continued. Infection is not a reason to stop using the drug. In the case of the acute phase of respiratory tract infections( runny nose, cough, subfebrile state), the medicinal product can be used simultaneously with appropriate treatments. More information about the drug here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/13939/broncho-vaxom-3-5-mg-kapsulki/apteki I encourage you to read: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-wzmocnic-odpornosc-u-dziecka-przed-pojsciem-do-szkoly
