Can this set of drugs interact?

There are certain interactions between the medicines contained in the medicinal products mentioned in the question. The combination of potassium-sparing diuretics (here: Spironol), administration of angiotensin II antagonists (here: Xartan) and potassium (Kladyum) may cause severe hyperkalemia.
