I have hypertension and asthma so far I have taken permanently; Nedal 5mg, Rupafin, Caldinum, inhale Alvesco in the morning×2 inhalations, and in the evening Singular and Xartan. For several days, the pressure has increased. The doctor modified the treatment. Morning: Nedal, Xartan, Caldinum at noon Spironol, for evening Amlozek. Asthma medications remained unchanged. In addition, I take Magnefar B6. Can this set of drugs interact?

There are certain interactions between the medicines contained in the medicinal products mentioned in the question. The combination of potassium-sparing diuretics (here: Spironol), administration of angiotensin II antagonists (here: Xartan) and potassium (Kladyum) may cause severe hyperkalemia. The occurrence of arrhythmias and increased hyperkalemia has been documented. This combination should be avoided unless hypokalaemia is found; potassium supplementation should be closely monitored. Please note that the more medications a patient takes, the greater the risk of adverse interactions between them. If a patient takes 8 to 10 medications at the same time, it is almost certain that there will be interactions between them and there will be interactions that negatively affect the patient's health. This problem applies especially to the elderly, treated for several diseases at the same time. Please perform regular blood tests ordered by your doctor. If you experience apathy, reduced muscle strength, fatigue, cardiovascular problems, and especially irregular heart rate or other disturbing symptoms - please contact your doctor.
