What side effects can Etoricoxib cause? Are pain, dizziness and pressure in the lower extremities an indication to stop taking Etoricoxib?

After 6 hours after taking etoricoxib, are severe headaches possible dizziness and pressure in the lower limbs? If so, is it advisable to continue taking this medicine? I take the drug for pain in the arm in the elbow joint.

Any drug used can cause side effects. This does not mean that every patient will experience them. The use of Etoricoxib may cause m.in pain and dizziness, swelling of the lower limbs (felt as pressure). These are not adverse reactions that are an absolute indication for the termination of the prescribed pharmacotherapy. If the side effects of the drug persist, intensify or interfere with your functioning, I encourage you to consult your doctor, who will recommend further treatment: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95269/etoricoxib-teva-tabletki-powlekane/apteki I also encourage you to report the side effects of Etoricoxib. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane I also encourage you to read additional materials that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-stosowac https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/reumatoidalne-zapalenie-stawow-rzs
