How to properly replace Paroxinor with Sertranorm?

Good morning. After consulting a doctor and my well-being, I want and have to switch from sertranorm to paroxinor. Unfortunately, sertranorm dawaka 50 is too small and 100 is too large, causes insomnia and agitation. How to introduce a new drug? Can I reduce the dose to 25 sertranorm in the morning and take half a tablet in the evening paroxinor? Can I combine these two drugs? How long should it take me to change medication from one to the other?

First of all, the change of the drug and the dosage change regimen should be decided by the attending physician, familiar in detail with your current state of health. Due to the fact that both drugs (Paroxinor and Sertranorm) belong to the same therapeutic group, i.e. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), a rapid change (that is, overnight) can be made.
