Depending on the dose used, the time of elimination from the body is 26-53 hours. The higher the dose, the more time is needed for elimination. It is difficult to propose a specific method of ending Gabapentin therapy on the basis of such a short description. I encourage you to make an appointment with a doctor who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. A colleague also answered a similar question in the thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/52435/gabapentin-czy-mozna-stosowac-jednoczesnie-gabapentyne-i-pregabaline I attach additional information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki

Both drugs affect the same GABA receptors. The question should not be after what time after, but why one of the drugs is replaced by another with a similar handle of action. However, referring to the question - it can be used the next day after the end of the use of one of them - of course, gradually increasing the dose (the exception is epilepsy, in which the dose must be individually adapted to the patient - it can not be less, so that there is no risk of seizures).

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
