Does taking Ovulan 13 hours after the time affect the effectiveness of contraception?

Hello, I take Ovulan.I had a delay of 13 hours in taking the tablet. Does this affect the effectiveness of contraception?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, taking a Ovulan tablet with a 13-hour delay may reduce the effectiveness of contraception. Therefore, for the next 7 days it would be advisable to use additional protection against pregnancy, e.g. a condom.
