Can I combine Apap with Nimesil for toothache?

Good morning, my tooth hurts. I took apap. It doesn't help. Can I take Nimesil and after how many hours?

I was just on a tooth chisel. The doctor allowed me to take nimesyl, boam from a neurologist. Or apap. Honestly, nimesyl did not relieve my pain, although it is strong.

During toothache, you should take 2 tablets of 500 mg of Apap at a time - then we achieve the highest analgesic strength. If it does not pass, you can: use one of the anti-inflammatory / analgesic drugs such as: Ibuprofen or (Nurofen, Ibum) once in a dose of 400mg 1 tablet; Naproxen or (Aleve) 1 tablet at a time; Dexketoprofen or (Dexak) 1 tablet at a time; These are over-the-counter preparations. Nimesil that you want to use is on prescription. We use it in very severe pains. It also belongs to anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs (as are the three examples above). However, it is not a first-line drug in the treatment of toothache, so I encourage the use of one of the above preparations. Between Apap and Nimesil we do not have to keep a break. Nimesil can only be used twice a day with one sachet.
