To maintain similar intervals between successive doses, Propranolol WZF can be taken in the following dosage regimen: I dose - 6:00, II dose - 12:00, III dose - 18:00, IV dose - 24:00. In this way, 6 hours will pass between each subsequent dose. If this scheme is difficult to implement, you can try to take subsequent doses every 5-5.5 hours.
