You can consider, for example, setting an alarm on your phone for a set time, using reminder cards or writing down information about the use of the medication in your calendar or phone after each tablet. It may be a good idea to buy a special cassette for medicines for a week, with chambers for each day of the week, which should be replenished at the beginning of each week. If you are unsure about taking the medication on a given day, you will find the answer in the case - if the pill is in the chamber with the selected day of the week, it will mean that you forgot to take it and vice versa.
