If I have symptoms such as drowsiness, dizziness after stopping Nexpram, can I go back to taking it?

Due to stomach problems, I did not take nexpram for a week. I'm sleepy, my head is spinning, I feel wrapped, "drunk" if you can call it cancer. Should I return to my normal dose? He has been taking it for 8 months

The symptoms you write about are most likely related to the sudden discontinuation of the drug. It is necessary to return to the therapy as soon as possible, then the side effects should disappear. If the drug is poorly tolerated - there are stomach problems, it may be worth talking to your doctor about changing the way you treat.
