What to use for a hematoma on the buttock if Lioton does not help?

What will be best for a hematoma on the buttock after falling down the stairs? I have been using lioton 1000 for a week but I did not notice the effects

If the use of heparin (the active substance in Lioton) does not bring the expected results, a combination preparation based on arnica, horse chestnut and calendula, e.g. unprescripted Arcalen, may be effective: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/6875/arcalen-masc/apteki An astringent preparation can also be used alternately, e.g. over-the-counter Altacet: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/3917/altacet-zel/apteki or Altacet in a more concentrated version of tablets for dissolve and compresses: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/3916/altacet-tabletki-rozpuszczalne/apteki I also attach a link to a helpful entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/urazy-rany-skaleczenia
