Are there always liver problems with combined contraceptive pills?

Are there always liver problems with combined contraceptive pills? After what time after starting to take the pills do they begin to affect the liver? I am a healthy person without any addictions but I read it recently and it became the reason for my worries :(

Liver dysfunction and liver problems are rather rare, but possible side effects of using birth control pills. They are mostly contraindicated in women with severe liver disease, but there are no particular reasons to be afraid of their use in healthy patients. Any medication may or may not cause side effects. It is impossible to predict in advance whether and what side effects a person may experience if there are no specific risk factors. When using hormonal contraception, your gynecologist will probably offer you periodic tests, including checking liver enzyme levels. Disturbing results will suggest the need for intervention, and good ones will confirm that there are no harmful effects on the liver.
