Can I crush Klabax and Polamoklav?

Good morning, the doctor recommended antibiotics Klabax and Polamoklav for the treatment of Helicobacter pyroli. Unfortunately, I have problems with swallowing such large antibiotics. I know they can be split in half, but they're too big for me anyway. Can I divide these drugs into even smaller parts? Won't this affect their performance or my health? Thank you.

According to the information given in the Summary of Product Characteristics, Polamoklav may be crushed, making it easier to take, but in the case of Klabax, it is allowed to divide the tablet into a maximum of 2 parts. The manufacturer points out that Klabax tablets should also not be chewed or sucked until dissolved. A possibility allowing to take the drug would be to replace the preparation in tablets with a preparation in the form of a suspension. In this situation, however, it will be necessary to visit a doctor to receive a new prescription and order the doctor to prescribe the appropriate dosage.
