During long-term use of Gabapentin, there is no need to use so-called protective drugs for the stomach. Shielding drugs are used for drugs that damage the gastric mucosa - the drug Gabapentin does not have such an effect. In order for Gabapentin therapy to be safe, it is enough to follow the doctor's recommendations for the use and dosage of the drug.
