If hypothyroidism is compensated ("normal"), there should be no interaction between Letrox and Zahron. The greatest risk associated with the use of statins is the possibility of muscle damage (so-called rhabdomyolysis) manifested by muscle pain, swelling and brown urine coloration. This risk is increased in the case of severe, decompensated hypothyroidism – then the use of Zahron and Letrox at the same time would be contraindicated. If, on the other hand, the results of thyroid hormone tests are normal for you, and both drugs have been prescribed by a doctor, and they are not used on their own, I think that there is no reason to worry. Of course, I encourage increased sensitivity to the symptoms of rhabdomyolysis listed above, because in some patients they may appear despite the correct results of the tests.
