Is it possible to combine Bibloc and Depralin?

Hi I take the drug bibloc 1.25 about 2-3 months for this I also have prescribed depralin 10mg and I wanted to ask if after taking 2 drugs there will not be a drastic decrease in pressure and heart rate? Please answer I'm afraid of taking 2 medications with each other
