Could St. John's wort present in gastric drops have disrupted the contraceptive implant?

Good morning, my boyfriend drank Aflofarm stomach drops with water from a bottle and after 2 hours I drank this water. These drops contain St. John's wort. Could this have affected the effectiveness of the Implanon NXT contraceptive implant?
