What should I do if I feel swollen throat after Ivabradine Anpharm and Tritace?

Hello. For 2 days I have been taking Ivabradine Anpharm 5 mg one in the morning and in the evening and Tritace 5 mg in the evening. Tetno has nicely lowered the pressure in the norm, while I have the impression of a swollen throat and I feel pressure. What to do in such a situation?
