What dose of Ozempic should I take if I can't use Saxendy because I can't maintain a low temperature on the plane?

I am taking Saxenda at a dose of 2.4 mg, due to the long flight over 12 hours on the plane I am forced to take Ozempic because I do not have the ability to keep saxenda at a constant low temperature during the flight. What dose of ozempic should I take? My doctor is on leave and I have no contact with him.

The storage conditions of Ozempic and Saxenda given by the manufacturers are the same, namely: after the first use, store below 30°C or in a refrigerator (2°C-8°C). Ozempic can be used for 6 weeks from the first use, while Saxenda — a month. If the expiry dates of both medicines mentioned above have not been exceeded, I suggest taking Saxenda as standard. Not knowing your state of health or the indications in which You take Ozempic and Saxenda, I am not able to give clear instructions on how to change the doses of these drugs. I am attaching useful materials: the Saxenda package leaflet on the product page: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/88452/saxenda-iniekcja/apteki the package leaflet of Ozempic on the product page: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99258/ozempic-iniekcja/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przechowywac-leki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przygotowac-sie-do-lotu-samolotem
