Helides is not an antibiotic. Helides contains esomeprazole, which inhibits the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. It is indicated in the case of gastroesophageal reflux disease, in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori eradication or in the treatment of stomach ulcers.
