To @Maggie: Yes, you can take Sylimarol and Slinda without fear.
Thank you for your reply. So by taking slinda tablets I can also take Sylimarol without fear?

For @Maggie: For single-ingredient tablets, there is no risk of such an interaction. Single-component tablets contain progestin itself, which does not interact with milk thistle.

Although the importance of the interaction of milk thistle (a component of Sylimarol) with combined contraceptive pills has not been clinically confirmed, it is likely that taking milk thistle on a daily basis may have a slight impact on the metabolism of the estrogen component of the pills and thus their contraceptive effectiveness.
