How much does Citrel cost? and whether it is effective enough that relapses of deoresia do not recur often. I do not find in the drug database a preparation called Citrel. Did you mean Cital? Cital contains citalopram. Its antidepressant effect is usually achieved after 2-4 weeks of treatment. To avoid recurrence of depression, treatment should be continued long enough - usually 6 months after the symptoms have subsided. Sometimes maintenance treatment can last up to several years.
