I do not find in the available sources the drug Nowalgin in drops. I will ask you to provide the correct name of the medicine you want to ask. Novalgin was once available on the basis of metamizole sodium (now pyralgina, for example). There should be no adverse drug interactions between Poltram Combo and metamizole sodium. Due to the fact that Poltram Combo is a prescription drug, please follow your doctor's instructions and discuss with him the desire to include a new drug in the therapy.
