A worrying symptom is the fact that the pain does not go away despite the use of an antibiotic. It is true that I do not know how long it has been using. If antibiotic therapy lasts more than 3-4 days and you do not feel any improvement, I encourage you to make an appointment with the attending physician, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition.
