Can BioMarine tablets or liquid be used during DEXAMETHASONE chemotherapy to strengthen the body? Alternatively, which are more advisable?

To @Edward: Thank you for the clarification. Scientific sources show that there are no contraindications to taking fish oil during chemotherapy. What's more, its supplementation is indicated because it can contribute to increasing survival and preventing muscle and weight loss, which is common in people undergoing chemotherapy.
Sorry there was a mistake in the name, of course it is about the chemotherapeutic agent DOCETAKSEL - whether there are no contraindications to use BioMarine 1140 simultaneously with this drug, but thank you for the answer because at the same time with chemotherapy is carried out hormonal treatment with Dexamethasone.

BioMarine can be used during treatment with Dexamethasone. Although both preparations - both liquid and capsules have similar bioavailability, in my better choice will be capsules, contain more fatty acids in 1 dose, the preparation is enough for longer and comes out at a better price. BioMarine 1140 can be used 3 times a day for 2 capsules. The preparation is available without a prescription, also on-line: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/11686/biomarine-1140-kapsulki/apteki I attach a link to helpful entries: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przygotowac-sie-do-chemioterapii https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/wzmacnianie-odpornosci
