Drugs Arechin and Neosine do not interact. They can be used together. Arechin is a drug used, among others, in Rheumatoid Arthritis. Do not discontinue the drug yourself, as it may cause a relapse of the disease. More about the drug and its availability: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/6896/arechin-tabletki/apteki Neosine is a drug used as an adjunct in immunocompromised people, in the case of recurrent upper respiratory tract infections, it has an antiviral effect only on the herpes virus. We use Neosine 50 mg/kg body weight per day, i.e. 3 to 4 tablets (usually 1 g, i.e. 1 tablet, administered 3 to 4 times a day). The maximum dose is 4 g per day. It should be remembered that when taking Neosine we take in more fluids.
